Adsense Earnings down? I know why!

Why are your AdSense earnings down lately?

A question that pops up a lot lately! How i know,  because if you ask Google e.g. “are your Google Adsense earnings down?” you will probably find my blog quite at the top of the search results. Since i see in my statistics, what people where searching for when they found my blog,  can see an unusual raise in this particular search phrase during the past six month. I myself have found the same happening to my websites that run Google Ads.

Some reasons why Adsense earnings down

Some of the reasons why Adsense earnings are going down are to  mankind others are kept as secrets forever. One relatively new fact is a little addon for Firefox that suppresses advertising and especially targets Google Ads! ( I won’t bother to advertise it here) While some of the users may appreciate the glimmer glammer of some blogs and websites to be turned of and like to read ad free content, we may all want to remember that the author of the content did NOT in any way intend to publish that, his own. content without ads! He might even make his living with those ads, because writing content for websites and for users to read takes a considerable amount of time. Time that can’t be spent on doing anything else to earn a living maybe?And this little tool starts to be everywhere, on friends computers, in schools (the only place it makes sence) but even in Internet caffe’s! That just sucks big time!

TV Ads and Internet Marketing

Now there is a vital and exceptional difference in advertising on radio stations or tv stations and advertising on websites, the so called Internet Marketing. The difference that might not be all that obvious to the users eye is the additional media between the publisher and the viewer, the Internet Browser. You can’t turn off your advertising on your tv or radio, unless you pay a fee to the publisher, the station, providing the program the information, the news and the entertainment to you, can you? If we could, we probably all would do it, and never pay a dime for nothing anymore. It wouldn’t be long though until we wouldn’t be entertained anymore neither would we see or hear any news anymore because the station needs the money from the advertisers to work. The advertisers though wouldn’t want to advertise anymore on a media that can turn of the ads, because even they themselfes would turn the ads of if they could, so they know what’s going on.

Mozilla, Chrome, and Google

We can’t turn off the ads on the computer monitor either, but the Mozilla developers and Firefox masters; They can! I just ask myself why these people think that they have the right (and who gives it to them) to destroy other peoples business and maybe more just for the fun of it? This Addon is a bad hack and it should disappear asap! Why would it be appropriate or even legal?? To cut my ads out in MY copirighted work? I am the publisher and i am the only one to make a dessicion about putting Google Adsense on my blog and not some freak’n punk developer! We don’t need Mozilla to take our butter from the bread! I was a supporter of Mozilla for many years but i do not wonder why Google has showed you guys the backside and developed Chrome! If you go and bite the hand that feeds you, you might end up getting very hungry one day soon!
